Endurance Stainless Steel Food Mill by RSVP

Chop apples - Add water - Cover - Stir Occasionally

Apples with pot top removed. Note reduction in volume.

You begin the food mill process by filling the hopper. We used the medium strainer.

A few turns begins the food mill process of "making" the apple sauce.

There is nothing prettier than this bowl of freshly made apple sauce!!

Here we ladle the sauce into a ziploc(R) bag. We like their Heavy Duty Freezer Bag and the Double Zipper.

Lay the bag flat in the freezer for freezing. Be sure to label your additions to the freezer.

Make delicious tomato sauce, applesauce, baby food and even riced potatoes with this Endurance® Food Mill!

Constructed of non-reactive and durable stainless steel with three interchangeable stainless steel disks for fine, medium or coarse pureéing. The long, comfortable wooden handle and substantial pot rests hold the mill steady when in use. Instructions included.
