Woodford Reserve Chocolate Pound Cake Recipe

1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 pound butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
10 oz brown sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup Woodford Reserve
4 oz chocolate, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cream together butter, vanilla and sugar until very light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, scraping after each addition. Alternate adding the liquids and the dry ingredients in thirds. Remove one cup of batter and mix with the chocolate, then layer the chocolate batter and the Woodford Reserve Bourbon batter in a greased loaf pan, swirl, and bake for one hour.
Serve with ice cream and/or caramel sauce.
