Woodford Reserve

 

Woodford Reserve Distiller's Select



Woodford Reserve Mint Julep

1/2 tbs. Mint syrup

2 oz. Woodford Reserve

Mint syrup:
2 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 bunch (or to taste) fresh mint sprigs
Instructions
1.To make syrup combine two cups of water and two cups of sugar and boil for five minutes. Do not stir.
2.Fill one quart jar with sprigs of uncrushed fresh mint. Pour the cooled syrup in the jar and cap and refrigerate for 24 hours. Discard mint.
3.Fill julep glasses with finely crushed ice. Add 1/2 tbs. mint syrup and two ounces of Woodford Reserve.
4.Garnish with sprig of mint and serve.
